Official Dealer Procedure
(Dealers Only)
1)
Players Ante
2) Dealer moves Ante and Caps all Antes with the Ante Cap side up.
3) Dealer flips 1 card to each of the 3 hands
4) Dealer Announces, “Place Your Bets”
=>5) (After all players bet) Dealer moves New Antes, Ante Increases, Ante
Decreases and Ante Off. If Ante Off, Dealer flips Ante Cap to read “Off”
6) Dealer plays all 3 hands, hitting all 16's and staying on all 17's or
more
7) Dealer moves “Pays” Token onto the 1,2 or 3 if that hand pays. If no hand
pays, dealer flips over the “Hand 1 Pays” token to reveal, “No Hand Pays”
8) Dealer pays all winning wagers, collects all losing wagers. (If all 3
hands bust, collect all wagers and return all antes. Sweep all cards, go to
#1)
9) Dealer Resets all 3 hands. Sweep all 3 left most cards first. Then
re-evaluate each hand. If hand is over 17, sweep left most card until 16 or
less. Once all three hands are 16 or less...
10) Slide “Pays” Token(s) back into position or Flips “No Hand Pays” back to
“Hand 1 Pays”
11) Dealer Announces, “Place Your Bets”
12) Reset New Antes for all Increases, Decreases, and Off Antes
13) Go to #5
This is the total dealer procedure to play just one round. Even at a FULL
table a dealer can go through all the parts in maybe 20 to 30 seconds or
less (that is with paying everyone and moving all the antes). The thing that
slows the game is the players betting. Even the slowest dealer in the world
can deal 60 hands per hour (about 75 decisions). This is so very basic when
you actually see it on the table in action or have just dealt it for an hour
or less. |
